Innovation and Technology Transfer
Innovation is both a spin-off of our research activities and one of
their important ingredients.
We particularly develop laser systems (solid-state, semiconductor,
CO2, THz lasers ) for use in scientific research, spectroscopy,
analysis and detection. Many of these find several industrial
applications.
We work in collaboration with Inova, the UNICAMP innovation
agency and are part of the FAPESP Research Center for Optics
and Photonics (CEPOF). Our technology development already
produced a spin-off, to offer solutions to problems involving laser
technology.
