When I was about to decide which FM radio I would purchase, one of the reasons for doubt was the fact that the M8 does not have a ABS braking (or ALB, in Airtronics' parlance). But I thought that the radio is 'oh-so-cool' that I purchased it anyway.
A while ago, I saw a conversation thread at Trinity's web site that stated that the M8 had in fact the ALB function hidden into it, God knows why, and the guys gave full instructions on how to enable it. So if you decide to try it, do it at your own risk; you CAN render your radio completely dumb if you make any mistake, so YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Here's the links for the whole procedure:
