My R/C Cars

This is the very first body I've made as a test-bed for my first car, the Street Spec. It came out a bit awkward, sice is a very narrow (180 mm) HPI Porsche 911 body, and the chassis is over 200mm wide at the rear wheels, but my friends liked it. Well, they're my friends...

This is the same chassis, with the Bolink Ford Thunderbird shell that came with it; I managed to get hold of a set of Parma stickers and duplicate the pictures of the car just as I saw it on the very first edition of the Radio Control Car Action magazine, back in 1995.

This one is the HPI Nitro RS4 that I got while I was in the 'States; again a bit awkward, because the shell was narrower than the chassis, but this one even got working head and tail lights. I've sold it a while ago, too messy for me (nitro, I mean).

Here you got my black Street Spec and my friend Reinaldo's Associated RC10L...

And here you can see my Schumacher SST '98 with the Volvo S40 BTCC shell. This picture is posted in the Radio Control Car Action Web Site. This is the chassis that I used to race during the '98 and '99 seasons.

This is my Associated B2/Rally conversion. I don't have this one any longer, and I regret it...

And this is my current ride, a Yokomo MR4-TC with a Kawada rear wing and Tamiya springs with Yokomo hard inserts. Other than that, box-stock. Looks fast, huh?
