Supersymmetry is a promising candidate for physics beyond the Standard Model and there is a large ongoing search for supersymmetric partners of the SM particles. Moreover, SUSY models with R-parity violation can lead to neutrino masses in agreement with the present solar and atmospheric neutrino data. In this talk we present some models for supersymmetry with bilinear R-parity violation and discuss their role in SUSY searches at hadronic colliders as well as in the neutrino oscillation scenario.
